The Lowell Development & Financial Corporation (LDFC) is a non-profit development corporation, which was created to assist in the economic revitalization of Lowell, MA. To assist in this effort, the LDFC offers low-interest loans as an incentive to invest in commercial and housing development within the City of Lowell.
